Welcome to Made Her Look (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using www.madeherlook.com (the “Site”) and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
SECTION 1 - General Use
This site and all content are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase or have parental consent.
SECTION 2 - Intellectual Property
All content including, but not limited to, our brand name, logos, product designs, graphics, custom phrases, and layout is the property of Made Her Look. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any materials without our written permission.
SECTION 3 - Product Descriptions & Custom Items
We create both standard and custom apparel and accessories. While we aim to present products accurately, slight variations in color, placement, or sizing may occur — especially on handmade or made-to-order items.

Custom Clothing Policy

Custom and personalized items are made to order and are FINAL SALE.

Please ensure spelling and sizes are correct before submitting.

We are not responsible for customer-provided errors once the order is being created.

Custom orders typically take 10 – 14 business days to process and ship unless otherwise stated.
SECTION 4 - Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to update prices or product availability at any time. Payment is required at checkout. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, apple pay, and secure payment platforms.​
SECTION 5 - Orders Processing & Shipping

Orders typically ship within 2 – 5 business days unless made-to-order or custom, in which case production time may extend up to 14 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking number when your order ships.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to carrier issues.

We currently only ship within the United States.​

SECTION 6 - Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they’ve entered production.

If you need to make a change, contact us ASAP at hello@madeherlook.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 7 - Promo Codes & Sales

Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be stacked unless otherwise stated.

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
SECTION 8 - User Submissions and Social Media
​Any content (photos, comments, or reviews) submitted via the site, email, or tagged on social media may be used by Made Her Look for marketing and promotional purposes. If you'd prefer your content not be used, email us at hello@madeherlook.com.
SECTION 9 - Customer Responsibilities

We are not liable for incorrect addresses or order info submitted at checkout or after items are processed.
SECTION 10 - Limitation of Liability
​We are not liable for any damages or losses related to your use of our site or products. This includes, but is not limited to, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

SHIPPING POLICY
Bestie just so you know, we’re dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Every order is packed with love, care, and probably a millennial jam sesh because we just can't wait for you to make them look. Please review our full shipping policy below:
PROCESSING TIMES

In-stock items typically process within 2–5 business days.

Custom and made-to-order items (including personalized or limited drops) may take 10–14 business days to process.

During high-volume periods (like new drops or sales), processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you posted.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
We currently ship within the United States only.

MADE-TO-ORDER & CUSTOM ITEMS
Please allow 10 – 14 business days for all made-to-order or custom designs to be produced and shipped. These pieces are made in house with love and are absolutely worth the wait.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or email us at
SHIPPING DELAYS & DISCLAIMERS

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.

Once your package leaves our hands, it’s literally in the hands of USPS/UPS, but we’ll do what we can to help if anything comes up.

If a package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us so we can assist.
WRONG ADDRESS?
Mistakes happen! If you accidentally enter the wrong shipping address, please email us at hello@madeherlook.com ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll correct it.

If your package is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

REFUND POLICY
At Made Her Look, every piece is designed to be scroll stopping and head turning; a true "where'd you get that?" moment, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you. Below is everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
We accept returns for non-custom, non-made-to-order items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Must be returned in original packaging (if applicable)

Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
Examples of returnable items:

Standard graphic tees, totes, hats, hoodies, or crewnecks that are not custom or personalized

EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for the following:

We’ll review your request within 1 – 2 business days and coordinate a replacement if approved.
REFUNDS
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 3 - 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item. You’ll be notified via email once your refund is processed.
